For the Mama Bears Who Want to Know More
Go beyond the basics of vaccines, nutrition, and immune health and discover the research behind informed decision-making, one episode at a time.

Episode 1: Vaccine Ingredients and Common Side Effects
This episode examines the hepatitis B vaccine through the presenter's perspective on vaccination timing, ingredients, safety data, adverse-event reports, and informed consent. It emphasizes parental research and decision-making while presenting several claims about vaccine risks and effectiveness that should be independently evaluated against authoritative medical evidence.
- Examine the recommended timing of hepatitis B vaccination, particularly administration during infancy and at birth.
- Review vaccine ingredients such as aluminum, yeast, formaldehyde, and other excipients discussed throughout the episode.
- Question how vaccine safety, effectiveness, adverse events, and surveillance data are evaluated and communicated.
- Consider the legal protections, compensation systems, and patient-rights issues surrounding vaccine-related injuries and medical decisions.
- Exercise informed consent by researching evidence, asking healthcare providers questions, and understanding the risks and benefits before making vaccination decisions.

Episode 2: Immunocompetency & the CDC Vaccine Schedule
Episode 2 focuses on the importance of evaluating COVID-19 vaccination within the broader context of individual health, vaccine safety, and the evolving evidence surrounding COVID-19 vaccines. It encourages viewers to critically assess research, safety information, and personal circumstances rather than relying solely on recommendations when making vaccination decisions.
- Understand informed consent as a process involving risks, benefits, alternatives, uncertainties, and patient's preferences.
- Examine COVID-19 vaccine ingredients, including mRNA, lipids, polyethylene glycol (PEG), and other components discussed in the presentation.
- Question clinical-trial methods, safety findings, effectiveness claims, and the presenter's concerns about excluded participants and incomplete long-term data.
- Review post-marketing reports, VAERS data, and reported adverse events while recognizing that such reports do not by themselves establish that a vaccine caused an event.
- Exercise informed choice by consulting source documents, discussing questions with qualified healthcare professionals, and weighing available evidence before accepting or declining vaccination.

Episode 3: The National Vaccine Program
Episode 3 shifts the focus from vaccine science to the legal and regulatory system surrounding childhood vaccination, examining how vaccine injuries are reported, evaluated, and compensated in the United States. Through the National Vaccine Program, VICP, and the personal story of Holly Stavola, this episode highlights questions about accountability, transparency, and families' experiences navigating the compensation system.
- Examine the National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act of 1986 and the federal programs created to oversee vaccination and vaccine-injury compensation.
- Explore the Vaccine Injury Compensation Program, including petitions, medical records, the Vaccine Injury Table, legal procedures, and filing requirements.
- Evaluate the challenges families may face when documenting an alleged vaccine injury and seeking compensation through the federal system.
- Consider the presenter's concerns about manufacturer liability protections, government oversight, transparency, and public awareness.
- Recognize the importance of researching original sources, asking informed questions, and understanding legal rights when making vaccination decisions.

Episode 4: Vaccines: Manufacture, Testing, Approval and Surveillance
This episode focuses specifically on the MMR/MMRV vaccines, examining their recommended schedule, listed ingredients, contraindications, reported adverse events, surveillance data, and legal protections. Dr. H. uses these topics to question vaccine safety and effectiveness while emphasizing parental rights and informed decision-making.
- Examine the recommended timing for MMR/MMRV doses and the presenter's concerns about vaccination during childhood.
- Review package inserts for ingredients, contraindications, warnings, precautions, and post-marketing reports.
- Evaluate reported measles cases and vaccination histories as the presenter questions vaccine effectiveness.
- Consider VAERS reports and the interpretation of adverse-event data and vaccine injury.
- Understand parental rights to accept or refuse recommended medical interventions and to ask questions about proposed care.

Episode 5: Energetic Health – Holistic Nutrition for a Healthy Baby – Part 1
Episode 5 takes a different direction by focusing on nutrition, lifestyle, and holistic approaches to supporting children's health and neurological development. Dr. H. discusses nutrition, supplementation, environmental exposures, neuroplasticity, and supportive home practices while also emphasizing the limits of non-clinical education and the need for professional guidance.
- Explore the role of mitochondrial energy production and key nutrients in the presenter's approach to children's health.
- Learn about the importance of incorporating nutrient-dense foods, supplements, essential fats, antioxidants, amino acids, and probiotics as part of the recommended lifestyle approach.
- Discover how to support neurological development through learning activities, positive interaction, affection, patience, and a nurturing home environment.
- Consider potential environmental influences such as pesticides, GMOs, water quality, and other exposures discussed in the presentation.
- Recognize how to distinguish health education from clinical care by understanding that education specialists should provide information and referrals rather than diagnose or prescribe.

Episode 6: Energetic Health – Holistic Nutrition for a Healthy Baby – Part 2
Episode 6 focuses on DTaP and polio vaccines, with Dr. H. examining vaccine schedules, ingredients, reported adverse events, surveillance data, legal protections, and parental decision-making. This episode concludes by emphasizing the presenter's view that parents should review vaccine information, question recommendations, and exercise informed consent.
- Examine the DTaP and polio vaccination schedule and the presenter's concerns about multiple doses during early childhood.
- Review vaccine package inserts, ingredients, contraindications, warnings, and reported adverse reactions.
- Question the interpretation of post-marketing surveillance and VAERS data presented in the episode.
